Dear Sirs,

On 07-04-05, my sewer line packed up at 6.30 p.m., so I telephoned my Home Hotline service and within the hour received a telephone call from your company, from Mr. Gary Brunton.

My wife and I are in our mid-eighties and both have medical problems requiring a toilet and bidet, so we were in a bad way. Mr Brunton arrived from another job at about 10.25 p.m., I believe. He went right to work, made temporary repairs and cleared the blockage and also noted what was causing the blockage.

He came back to us on Monday 11th and made permanent repairs and our drain is now working satisfactorily.

My wife and I would like to commend Mr Brunton for the professional way he attacked the problem of our drain, keeping us well informed about what he was doing. Mr Brunton was very pleasant and put us at our ease, a rare thing these days. He is certainly a hard worker and I would think a commendable addition to your company.......hang on to him.

Dear Sirs/Madam,

We recently had a problem with the soil pipe in our front garden and on Thursday 20th January, two of your chaps came to repair it, they had to dig up a substantial amount of earth.

We had not long put gravel on the garden, considering how wet the soil was and the amount dug up, we thought we were going to have a mud bath for a front garden. The two chaps that were doing it have done a fantastic job in reinstating the garden, you would not know it had been touched, the pipe was repaired and works perfectly.

We would like to thank them for a job well done, but also their attitude and the no nonsense way they worked, would you please pass this on for us.
